To ensure VM Law’s enduring future, Founding Partner Sue Ann Van Dermyden has transferred her full ownership interest in the Firm, with three longstanding partners: Liz DeChellis, Jennifer Doughty, and Erich Knorr, purchasing the majority of her shares.
