With more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations, human resources, workforce strategy, and organizational leadership, Stephanie is recognized for building collaborative partnerships, improving operational effectiveness, and developing systems that support exceptional client service.

At Van Dermyden Makus, Stephanie oversees the firm’s administrative and operational functions, including human resources, facilities, technology, administrative services, vendor management, and cross-functional initiatives. She works closely with firm leadership to strengthen and expand the firm’s operational foundation by building upon the systems, people, and processes already in place while supporting the firm’s strategic priorities and continued growth.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration through the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, serving her community through nonprofit leadership, and mentoring emerging leaders. She believes that strong organizations are built through trust, collaboration, servant leadership, and a commitment to continuous learning.
