Panelists will cover practical applications including AI-assisted brief writing, motion hearing preparation, deposition planning, and case strategy development, plus judicial experience with AI-generated motions, use of AI tools to evaluate complex legal arguments, and the evolving challenges AI presents in assessing attorney fee petitions and determining reasonable billing practices.
