In this webinar, we will do a deep dive into the origins and types of biases. We will explore the Implicit Association Test (IAT) and discuss the implications these biases have for attorney investigators. We will also explore other types of cognitive biases such as confirmation bias, anchoring, the attribution effect, and the halo effect. Participants will learn about the impact of bias on decision-makers and will be given tools to identify and reduce their own biases in their professional lives.
