Title IX Training Services
Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation joined with Public Interest Investigations, Inc. to create T9 Mastered Title IX training. Together, our Firms have extensive experience in the investigative process, report writing, and Hearings, along with expertise in the complex area of Title IX. Our trainers have conducted investigations at both private- and public-sector colleges and universities, community colleges, and K-12 districts. Each trainer has decades of experience conducting investigations involving sexual assault and sexual harassment, in addition to specific experience working in the areas of higher education and criminal law.
