COVID-19 UPDATE: We at VM Law join all of you as we collectively navigate and adapt to the swiftly changing circumstances brought by COVID-19.  Our priority is the well-being of our staff, colleagues, clients and investigation participants. We also know that for employers and those personally involved in a workplace investigation, timeliness and closure are of the utmost importance. Accordingly, we remain available to provide investigation services.  While we have always offered remote investigations, in an effort to do our part and flatten the curve, we will – until further notice – be conducting our investigative interviews and meetings by videoconference, and only if absolutely necessary, by telephone.  As we stand in solidarity with one another, we at the VM Law team have faith we will emerge from this stronger than ever.
