VM’s Daphne Pierre Bishop to Present at LACBA’s Labor & Employment Law Section’s 43rd Annual Symposium

Managing Partner Daphne Pierre Bishop, will be presenting at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 43rd Annual Labor & Employment Law Symposium, on March 23, 2023.

Daphne will be a panelist for the breakout session, “We’ll Look into It: Perspective on Workplace Investigations” alongside Angel Horacek, from Law Offices of Angel J. Horacek, PC, Camille Olson, from Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and Susan Woolley, from Law Offices of Susan Woolley. The panel will discuss best practices during the lifecycle of a workplace investigation, including ensuring investigator independence, handling privilege issues, representing parties’ participation in investigations, and balancing transparency with privacy concerns.
