As the Finance and Operations Manager, Emma manages the Firm's financial and billing practices with a focus on data-driven decision-making. She is also responsible for supervising the Firm's finance and business operations functions. As a member of the Firm's DE&I Committee, Emma is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with the Firm's core values and supports outstanding employee performance.

Emma holds a Master of Business Administration from Sacramento State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in International Business from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where she graduated magna cum laude. Her undergraduate studies included a double minor in Peace and Justice Studies and Spanish.
